--毛鉤拋投的五大基礎--
1、The elimination of SLACK LINE is the most efficient manner in which to cast a fly line.
      在拋投的過程中，要始終保持重量線處於一個緊繃的狀況(避免slack)

2、Proper ACCELERATION of the fly rod.
      拋投的加速過程，是由靜止逐漸加速，然後在擺動停止的瞬間，也是加速度最快的瞬間。

3、Efficient loop formation requires the caster to move the rod in a STRAIGHT LINE PATH 
      to the target.
     在拋投的過程中，要讓竿先(rod tip)的移動保持在一個直線上(straight line path，SLP)

4、The size of the CASTING STROKE is generally determined by the length of the line to be 
      cast.
      在拋投中，竿子移動的行程(stroke)大小，取決於拋投的重量線長度

5、There must be a PAUSE that may vary in duration at the end of each back cast and          
      forward cast  stop. 
      不論在前拋或後拋，都應有一個停頓點(pause)，至於停頓時間的長短，取決於線長與線速
